Cancellation & Damage Policies

• Full refund of deposit (less a $40 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to your stay).
• No refund of your deposit if cancelled within 30 days of your stay.
• Any cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival will be billed the total cost of  rental on your reservation receipt.
• No refunds due to inclement weather.
• Guests will be responsible for any property damage over and above normal wear and tear, property theft and unauthorized use of the property.
